RAISING STAKEHOLDE PERCEPTIONS OF QUALITY TO ACHIEVE A PERFORMANCE BONUS

A local authority team wanted to genuinely embed innovation practice in their team. We worked with the lead manager, senior managers and the whole team to raise their awareness of the impact which could be achieved through the use of Innovation tools and techniques. The process led directly to a range of new service offers and to an intention to examine the commercialisation of a programme that was currently publically funded.

A University had a problem with how to generate more commercial income and implement a software management system which didn't work. We helped them develop a genuine departmental strategy and CPD process that enabled them to reduce the work involved and create more surplus over the long term.
